To answer this question I first have to say that I often find it difficult to obey authority figures who I feel are not justified in terms of the ways they lead others. Yet, I strongly agree that we all need leadership but leaders should be chosen democratically and their methods should be open to public critique. When I see that people around me care and are trying to solve their problems through joint efforts – that inspires me. When I see that people from other communities are joining their efforts to help others solve their problems – that inspires me.
